The General Conditions of Use (called « CGU ») embody the legal framework for the modalities for making the site and payment services available and defining the conditions of access and use of the services by the « User ».

These CGU are accessible on the internet site under the button « Code of Conduct / CGU ».

 

All registrations and use of the site imply the user accepting without reservation or restriction these CGU. At the time of registration on the site via the Registration form, every user expressly accepts these CGU by ticking the box preceding the following text : « I recognise having read and understood the CGU and accepting them. ».

In case of non acceptance of the CGU stipulated by the present contract, the user has to forego access to the services offered on the site.

The Castle Club reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any moment the content of these CGU.

ARTICLE 2 : Site access

The site of the Castle Club www.sports-valley.be enables the user to access the following services for free :

The internet site offers the following services :

The creation of a personal or family account, consulting the offers and promotions, registering for lessons and classes, booking the facilities, registering for events and tournaments.

The site is accessible for free primarily for the user who has access to the internet. All the costs for accessing the service (computer material, software, internet connection etc.) are at the user's charge.

The user who is not a member does not have access to these reserved services. To gain access, he has to register by filling in the form. By accepting to register for the reserved services, the member user commits to providing full and exact information about their marital status and details especially their email address.

To access the services, the user must then identify themselves by using their user name and password which will be sent to them following registration.

Member users registered for activities will also be able to seek cancellation of their booking by going onto the dedicated page in their personal space. The cancellation will come into effect shortly.

Any event caused by a force majeure having as a consequence a disruption of the site or server or being the result of an interruption or modification during maintenance is not the responsability of the Castle Club S.A. In these instances, the user accept to not hold the editor responsible for any interruption or suspension of the service, even without notice.

The user has the ability to contact the site by electronic message on the email address of the editor as in ARTICLE 1.

ARTICLE 3 : Data Collection

The site assures the user that the collection and processing of personal information will be in conformity with respecting their private life as under the GDPR (General Directive of the Protection of Data).

In accordance with the GDPR, the user will have the right of access, amending, deleting and challenging his personal data. The user can exercise this right via his personal space.

ARTICLE 4 : Intellectual Property

Brands, logos, signboards as well as all of the site's contents (texts, pictures, sound...) are under the Code of Intellectual Property and more specifically are by the author's permission.

The user must seek prior authorisation from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents. He commits to using the site's contents for strictly personal use. Any use for commercial or publicity purposes is strictly forbidden.

Any total or partial use of the site for whatever reason without express authorisation of the operator of the internet site would constitute an infringement sanctioned by law under the Code for Intellectual Property.
